When wounds won’t heal with traditional treatment methods, patients can turn to the Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center.

Our wound care certified staff and physicians are trained to treat chronic wounds through both high tech wound care treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy speeds wound healing by hyperoxigenating the wounded tissue. Placing a patient in a pressurized 100 percent oxygen environment helps increase the healing process for nonhealing wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, refractory osteomyelitis (bone infection), radiation soft tissue injuries, crush injuries, failed skin grafts or flaps and more.

The Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center is accredited by the prestigious Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society.

The Center was recognized for Healing Wounds and Changing Lives with a Center of Distinction award which is given to hospitals with high patient satisfaction rates, exceptional healing results and outstanding clinical outcomes over the past twelve months. This prestigious honor was awarded by the Center's partner in wound healing, Diversified Clinical Services (DCS), the nation's leading wound care management company.

Because this is the second consecutive year the Center has received this award, the Center was also presented with the Robert A. Warriner, M.D., Center of Excellence award. This award is given to Centers with 24 consecutive months of high patient satisfaction rates, exceptional healing results and outstanding clinical outcomes, and is named after renowned wound care expert Dr. Robert Warriner, chief medical officer for DCS.
